We handle disputes and breaches of contracts arising out of real estate purchase agreements, leases, construction contracts, encroachments, adverse possession, trespass, and nuisance. Similarly, we have extensive experience involving land use issues, such as zoning, development entitlements, permits, easements, and restrictive covenants. We can handle disputes with or among real estate brokers, disputes involving escrow agreements, and title insurance policies. we also deal with claims for damage to real property. William G.
