Bill Blake Speaks to William & Mary Law Students on Private Property Rights at the Brigham – Kanner Conference, Williamsburg, VA

In October 2017, Bill Blake attended the Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Conference at the William and Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he lectured to law students on the practice and procedure of eminent domain and the importance of the constitutional right to be paid just compensation when private property is taken for public use.  The Brigham-Kanner Conference is the most prestigious property rights symposium in existence, and the College of William and Mary tends to draw students who are keenly interested in this area of law.

Bill says the opportunity to answer questions and share his experiences with these students was one of his most satisfying professional experiences.
